  • Cloudflare outage affecting control panel [UPDATE]

Our website is currently unavailable due to an issue with Cloudflare which is currently affecting internet services. This issue is affecting the control panel, embedded players and radio landing pages. Streams are unaffected.

Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers. Further detail will be provided as more information becomes available.

Services are now back online, the outage lasted approximately 15 minutes. We are continuing to monitor systems.

Cloudflare services seem to be intermittent but they are still working to resolve the issue.

  • Outlook and Hotmail Deliverability issue resolved

Following our recent migration to a new server IP, some emails to Hotmail/Outlook users were blocked. This was due to a wider block Microsoft had applied on the surrounding IP range, not specifically our system.

We worked with Microsoft’s Deliverability Support Team to verify ownership and compliance, and they have now lifted the block. As of 27th October 2025, delivery to Hotmail/Outlook users has been restored, with changes taking up to 48 hours to fully take effect.
