- Outlook and Hotmail Deliverability issue resolved
Following our recent migration to a new server IP, some emails to Hotmail/Outlook users were blocked. This was due to a wider block Microsoft had applied on the surrounding IP range, not specifically our system.
We worked with Microsoft’s Deliverability Support Team to verify ownership and compliance, and they have now lifted the block. As of 27th October 2025, delivery to Hotmail/Outlook users has been restored, with changes taking up to 48 hours to fully take effect.
