  • Server migraton / upgrade [complete]
The migration is now complete, dowtime was minimal and streams are functioning. If you have any questions or issues please contact support

We would like to inform you that the server hosting your service will be migrated today to upgraded hardware. This migration is part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements to deliver:

  • Increased reliability
  • Improved performance
  • Enhanced capacity for future growth

Some brief service interruptions may occur during the migration, but we will work to keep any downtime to a minimum.

The migration will result in a change of IP address, this won’t affect most customers, however if you use the IP address to connect, then we recommend that you use the hostname instead (s21.myradiostream.com). If your broadcast software only supports IP input then the new IP will be available in the user area once the migration is complete.

Thank you for your understanding as we carry out these important improvements.
