We are currently performing maintenance on s25 which will cause a brief interruption to service. We are moving the server to new improved hardware and applying some updates to improve the service.

Update: The upgrade is complete and streams are now coming back online (approx. 2 minutes offline). Please note that due to the hardware upgrade, the IP address has been changed. This won’t affect most customers, but if you do use the IP address to connect then please update your settings (new IP is available in the user area).

We will be performing maintenance tasks on some servers today, this will cause a short period of downtime after which all streams will come back online. Server stability will be improved as a result of the maintenance.

One of our providers is currently experiencing a major outage which is affecting some customers. They are currently working on the issue and we hope to see service back to normal shortly.

UPATE: Services are now back online and functioning correctly. If you still have any problems with your server then contact the support desk.

The issue was caused by an error that occurred during network upgrades.

UPDATE: The issue seems to be resolved and all servers are responding again, but as with any outage you may experience some buffering for a little longer while the network stabilizes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our network provider in Europe is currently looking into a network issue that’s currently causing buffering for some customers and may be affecting your service. They are aware of the issue and hope to have service back to normal shortly.

There is no need to open a support ticket as we are currently waiting for the network provider to fix the issue.

One of our network providers is currently experiencing a major network outage which appears to be affecting all servers based in Europe.

They are currently working hard to get service back online asap.

UPDATE (9:20AM GMT): The ETA is currently 30 minutes so service should be back up by around 10AM GMT.

UPDATE: (9:38AM GMT): All servers appear to be back online now. You may experience some buffering for a short period while the network settles down but it looks like the issue us now fully resolved.
