We are going to carry out emergency maintenence on S1 this morning. This is due to the hard drive starting to fail and a replacement is required.

Due to intermittent connectivity issues with s20, we have migrated the service to new hardware. The work is now complete and you should find that the servcice is now back to normal.

  • Server migration

You may be aware that we migrated some servers to new hardware towards the end of December. Unfortunately, a small number of cusomers experienced issues with the connection to the new facility due to a routing issue. We have made the decision to move the services to a different facilty in order to ensure the highest standards of service and the migration is now complete.

If you have any issues with your server then please restart it from the user area and if any issues continue as a result of the migration then please contact support.

  • Server Migration Notice

We are upgrading our infrastructure to ensure a more reliable and high-performing service for all our customers. As part of this improvement, we will be migrating some of our servers to a new location with upgraded hardware.

Key Details:

  • Migration Date: 27th
  • Old IP Deactivation: 1st January
  • Hostname Stability: Hostnames will remain unchanged, ensuring uninterrupted service for most users.

For customers connecting to their stream servers using hostnames, no action is required. However, if you use an IP address to connect, please log in to the user area after the migration to obtain the updated IP or switch to using the hostname.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this necessary transition. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

  • S19 issue [resolved]

We are aware of an issue affecting customers on s19 and are working to restore the affected services ASAP. Thank you for your patience.

If you need to get back online straight away then there is an option to change to a different server in the user area. To do this, click the [change] button next to your server address. This will allow you to set your stream up on a different server.

Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

Update: the cause if the outage was a power supply unit which has now been replaced.

We will be performing maintenance tasks on some servers today, this will cause a short period of downtime after which all streams will come back online. Server stability will be improved as a result of the maintenance.

  • Issue affecting s48

Our provider is currently experiencing an issue which is affecting customers on s48. They are working to restore the network as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Update: the issue is now resolved and service is back to normal. If your server hasn’t restarted then please login and start it via the user area.

There is currently a network outage affecting a small number of servers. The network provider is working on fixing the problem to get service back online as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Services are all back online

  • s32 reinstall

UPDATE: Reinstall is now complete and streams have reconnected.

We have identified a fault on s32 and are currently in the process of setting up a new server. We expect some downtime in the next 30 minutes or so, and once the work is complete all services will come back online.

If you connect your streaming software using the IP address, then please log in to the user area to obtain the new IP.

If you connect with the hostname (s32.myradiostream.com) then no further action is required and your stream will reconnect shortly.
