  • Player update

We has a small number of reports that the Web Player was no longer working in Edge and Chrome, we have updated the code and it is now working again. If you have any problems with the player then please open a support ticket stating your browser and version.

  • s10 issue, hard disk replacement planned

Due to an issue with the hard disk, a server crash is imminent so in order to avoid unnecessary interruption to your service we have decided to replace the HD.

This will be done at some point today and will result in around 30 minutes of downtime.

The control panel functions (start, stop, restart) will also be disabled temporarily until the replacement is complete. If you need to restart your server then please open a support ticket.

This work is now complete, service is back to normal.

  • Server issue s23

We are aware of an issue affecting s23. Data centre staff are currently working to fix the server and restore service back to normal.

If you need to get back online asap then you can click the [Change] button next to the server address while logged in. This will issue you with a new server address and port.

We hope to have service back to normal asap. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your patience, a hard drive replacement was required and service is now back. Please allow a few minutes for your stream to start back up. If you still have problems then please open a support ticket.

UPDATE:

The hard drive has now been replaced and the server reinstalled. All services are now back to normal, apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
