Over the past few days, some customers have experienced brief intermittent connectivity disruptions.
Our upstream network provider has identified the root cause as a faulty line card in a distribution router serving the affected services. The hardware has been intermittently rebooting, which caused the short network interruptions.
Engineers are currently replacing the faulty component. During this maintenance window, there may be one additional brief disruption while the replacement is completed.
Once the replacement is finalised, service should return to full stability. We will continue to monitor closely.
