We are upgrading our infrastructure to ensure a more reliable and high-performing service for all our customers. As part of this improvement, we will be migrating some of our servers to a new location with upgraded hardware.

Key Details:

• Migration Date: 27th
• Old IP Deactivation: 1st January
• Hostname Stability: Hostnames will remain unchanged, ensuring uninterrupted service for most users.

For customers connecting to their stream servers using hostnames, no action is required. However, if you use an IP address to connect, please log in to the user area after the migration to obtain the updated IP or switch to using the hostname.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this necessary transition. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you for your continued trust in our services.

Affected servers: s3, s13, s28, s31, s42, s43, s44

Services are now back online and funcitoning, however the IP address has changed in order to restore service as quickly as possible. This will have no effect on the majority of users, but if you have chosen to connect to the IP instead of s4.myradiostream.com then please login to get the new IP address.
