We hhave experiences a few downtime notifications today for s21 but they appear to be false positives. We are looking into why this is happening, but our manual checks have found no issues with the server.

Err: HTTP Fail (this is a partial outage, streams may still be online)
Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that a small number of users are experiencing issues with the pages hosted on the new listen.live domain due to web filters.
We have now made a change to the landing pages, and they are now in the format username.on-air.fm – this should avoid any issues so please update any links to the listen.live pages (we have implemented redirects).
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this, we have acted quickly with this to avoid too many users from being affected.
We have identified an issue which may have caused emails to and from our support system to be undelivered at some times over the last week. If you have tried to open a support ticket or haven’t received a reply by email then please login to your support account.
We would like to inform you that the server hosting your service will be migrated today to upgraded hardware. This migration is part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements to deliver:
Some brief service interruptions may occur during the migration, but we will work to keep any downtime to a minimum.
The migration will result in a change of IP address, this won’t affect most customers, however if you use the IP address to connect, then we recommend that you use the hostname instead (s21.myradiostream.com). If your broadcast software only supports IP input then the new IP will be available in the user area once the migration is complete.
